What we did
- Sped up and stabilized the site under high traffic (20–30 orders per minute)
- Synchronized warehouse data with Retail Express via a self-built Node.js + SQS message bus
- Integrated Cypress E2E testing into CI/CD
- Built martech apps (React + Node.js) for marketing, including Twilio mass-messaging
- Integrated Elasticsearch and Luigi's Box for AI-powered search
